- Q: What's the returns policy?
If your item has quality problem or is faulty, we are happy to exchange or refund you, provided that the item is returned in its original condition,original tags must be attached and items must be in unused condition, within 7 days of receipt.
DHIATOYW reserves the right to refuse or limit the product returns. We want to ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers. Through order analysis, we identify any unreasonable or non-quality problems or excessive product returns and/or order cancellation patterns. - Q: Useful Tips for Fur Products
* All the fur material from fur farming, not wild animals.
* Colors may be slightly different depending on computer or monitor settings,or different mobile screen.
* Do not wash it by hand or machine, the best done by a qualified furrier (recommended professional).
* For garments, 1>. please allow 1-3cm error/tolerance due to measured by hand,1cm=0.394inch,thanks. 2>. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CHOOSE A CORRECT SIZE, at least please give me your measurement of bust/chest + shoulder width + sleeve length, more information likes height, weight,waiste,hip are also very useful, we will suggest a size for your reference.
* If the appearance is not fluffy after long time shipping, please gently shake or use blower to blow it with cold wind, hang it a few days, it will recover beautiful.
* There would be a little hair shed/floating hair from new fur products,it's not quality problem,please don't worry,the floating hair from fur pelt cutting edge during the production process, it's normal and will get better after shaking or blowing.Meanwhile, it's fur hair products but not textile-cloth, so the floating hair will always be there.

Of course we do, we love to see DH IATOYW around the world, our products are made for everyone. - Q: What 's shipping time and express options?
1. We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, we use domestic express to ship your order to International Express Warehouse(UPS, FEDEX, DHL etc.) within 1-7days after ordering, if for some reason can not be shipped within this time you will be informed.
2. Bulk order shipping time needs to be negociated.
3. Goods will be sent out from china, we use UPS Saver, UPS Expedited, Fedex IP, DHL, Aramex and China Post for shipping. You will have the option to choose your desired carrier during order. You will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
4. Estimated Delivery Time.
* Production time 1-7 days.
* Domestic express 1-3 days from our workshop to International Express Warehouse(UPS,FEDEX,DHL,Aramex,China Post).
* In peak season or express delivery flood in warehouse, warehouse schedule time 1-3 business days (uncertain).
* UPS Saver 4-7 business days, UPS Expedited 6-10 business days.
