All of our products have individual size charts as we aims to giving you the best appropriate size measurements and suggestions,we do not have a generic chart, please see the product description and check your size. If you still cannot figure out which size is perfect for you, please send us an email or message on whatsapp and we will get back to you with suggestions asap.

If your item has quality problem or is faulty, we are happy to exchange or refund you, provided that the item is returned in its original condition,original tags must be attached and items must be in unused condition, within 7 days of receipt.

DHIATOYW reserves the right to refuse or limit the product returns. We want to ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers. Through order analysis, we identify any unreasonable or non-quality problems or excessive product returns and/or order cancellation patterns. In cases such as this, or other situations involving high volume product returns or order cancellation activity, customers will be contacted directly to discuss their orders ,if not quality problem or high percentage of product returns and/or high volume cancellation requests may be subject to restriction, refusal, or be assessed a restocking/cancellation fee.

No quality problem all return shipping costs(shipping express charge+return express charge+taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty. In this instance, please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery by email (buddy@dhiatoyw.com) to arrange for a replacement to be sent, thank you very much.

NB: If your purchase was made using redeem points or the item was purchased on sale it is only eligible for exchange, not refund.

* All the fur material from fur farming, not wild animals.

* Colors may be slightly different depending on computer or monitor settings,or different mobile screen.

* Do not wash it by hand or machine, the best done by a qualified furrier (recommended professional). 

* For garments, 1>. please allow 1-3cm error/tolerance due to measured by hand,1cm=0.394inch,thanks. 2>. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CHOOSE A CORRECT SIZE, at least please give me your measurement of bust/chest + shoulder width + sleeve length, more information likes height, weight,waiste,hip are also very useful, we will suggest a size for your reference.

* If the appearance is not fluffy after long time shipping, please gently shake or use blower to blow it with cold wind, hang it a few days, it will recover beautiful.

* There would be a little hair shed/floating hair from new fur products,it's not quality problem,please don't worry,the floating hair from fur pelt cutting edge during the production process, it's normal and will get better after shaking or blowing.Meanwhile, it's fur hair products but not textile-cloth, so the floating hair will always be there.

1. We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, we use domestic express to ship your order to International Express Warehouse(UPS, FEDEX, DHL etc.) within 1-7days after ordering,  if for some reason can not be shipped within this time you will be informed.

2. Bulk order shipping time needs to be negociated.

3. Goods will be sent out from china, we use UPS Saver, UPS Expedited, Fedex IP, DHL, Aramex and China Post for shipping. You will have the option to choose your desired carrier during order. You will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date. 

4. Estimated Delivery Time.

* Production time 1-7 days.

* Domestic express 1-3 days from our workshop to International Express Warehouse(UPS,FEDEX,DHL,Aramex,China Post).

* In peak season or express delivery flood in warehouse, warehouse schedule time 1-3 business days (uncertain).

* UPS Saver 4-7 business days, UPS Expedited 6-10 business days.

* Fedex IP 4-7 business days, HK Fedex IP 5-9 business days.

* DHL 3-7 business days, HK DHL 5-9 business days.

* Aramex 9-16 business days.

* China Post 15-30 business days.

NB. All these express time are controlled by express company and not guaranteed. Some orders may be held up due to weather, customs, or other unforeseeable events. Delays in shipping caused by customs are out of our control. If your parcel is randomly chosen to be inspected by your local customs office, it is possible that your package could encounter delivery delays of up to 31 days.

* We cannot guarantee any shipment will be delivered tax and duty free. Refused packages that are returned to us will be charged return shipping.

Once the parcel express label is addressed, you will receive the tracking number. If your package hasn't arrived yet and you're worried about receiving it.

1. First check your order status to verify that your order has been shipped.

2. Track your package on the appropriate shipping method website to locate its whereabouts.

3. Contact your local post office to see if your item is waiting for pickup.

4. Wait the allotted shipping time period for your parcel to arrive to you.

5. If your parcel is an international order please consult your local customs office or post office. Your parcel could be delayed due to customs.
