1. We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, we use domestic express to ship your order to International Express Warehouse(UPS, FEDEX, DHL etc.) within 1-7days after ordering, if for some reason can not be shipped within this time you will be informed.
2. Bulk order shipping time needs to be negociated.
3. Goods will be sent out from china, we use UPS Saver, UPS Expedited, Fedex IP, DHL, Aramex and China Post for shipping. You will have the option to choose your desired carrier during order. You will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
4. Estimated Delivery Time.

* Domestic express 1-3 days from our workshop to International Express Warehouse(UPS,FEDEX,DHL,Aramex,China Post).
* In peak season or express delivery flood in warehouse, warehouse schedule time 1-3 business days (uncertain).

Return Policy
If your item has quality problem or is faulty, we are happy to exchange or refund you, provided that the item is returned in its original condition,original tags must be attached and items must be in unused condition, within 7 days of receipt.
DHIATOYW reserves the right to refuse or limit the product returns. We want to ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers. Through order analysis, we identify any unreasonable or non-quality problems or excessive product returns and/or order cancellation patterns. No quality problem all return shipping costs(shipping express charge+return express charge+taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

You could order a sample first before mass production.
Usually we suggest to send sample by DHL (fast shipping about 3-7 days to your country). After all are confirmed, we can start your bulk order.
2.How can I pay?
We accept Alibaba online payment, T/T ,Western Union, PayPal, Visa, L/C, Escrow(Alipay) etc.
For bulk orders, you could pay 30% deposit and pay the balance before shipping.
3.Can you make our Logo on products?
Yes, please send us the design or logo pattern, and we can make tags or neck label for you.
4. How fast can you ship?
For some products, we have stock and can ship it out quickly.
For small orders, if we are not busy, we can finish 1-7days, although very small order, the production process is the same as big orders.
For big orders, usually it takes about 2-4 weeks to produce, depending on which product is.
5.How long does shipping take?
Firstly, we should confirm it by sea or by air or by express.
For urgent orders, we can ship by fast express (Fedex,UPS, DHL,TNT) usually about 3-7 days to Europe and USA.
For normal orders, we can ship it by normal or cheap express(Fedex, UPS, TNT, Aramex, EMS and so on).
